How do I order?
Add products to your cart, open checkout, enter your details and address and choose a payment method. You get an order number right away and can follow it from your account.
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is available. An account lets you follow orders and save addresses and favourites.
Which payment methods are available?
Available methods are shown at checkout. Online payments are only confirmed once the payment gateway confirms them.
Where do you deliver and what does it cost?
Shipping is calculated per governorate and shown in the order summary before you confirm. If your governorate's fee isn't set yet, we'll confirm it with you before shipping.
How do I track my order?
Your account's “My orders” page shows each order's status and shipping updates.
