On delivery Please check your order on delivery. If an item is damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo.
Accepted cases - Items damaged or broken in transit. - Items different from what you ordered. - Packs that arrive opened or damaged.
Notes - Seeds, fertilizers and soil are sensitive products; opened packs can only be returned if they are defective. - The exchange or refund method is agreed after we review the order.
